  • Token configurations: Token parameters you create (name, ticker, supply, etc.)
  • Analytics data: Page views, session duration via Firebase Analytics

We use your data to provide, improve, and secure our Service:

  • Token Creation: Generate logos, configure parameters, and deploy to Solana
  • Authentication: Manage your session and sync token configs across devices
  • Support: Respond to your inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Analytics: Understand how users interact with our platform
  • AI Processing: Send chat content to Google Gemini 2.5 Flash for token design

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share your data with the following trusted third parties:

Your chat conversations with our AI are sent to Google Gemini 2.5 Flash to generate token designs, logos, and configurations. Google may process this content according to their privacy policy.Do not include sensitive personal information in your chats beyond what is necessary for token creation.

  • Google Gemini 2.5 Flash: AI token design and logo generation
  • Helius RPC: Solana blockchain connectivity
  • Solana Blockchain: All transactions are public and permanent

⚠️ Important: Blockchain Data is PUBLIC

All token transactions, including wallet addresses, token addresses, and transaction details, are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible and permanent. This data cannot be deleted under GDPR right to erasure because it exists on a decentralized public blockchain. By creating a token, you understand and accept this.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: All data in transit uses TLS/HTTPS
  • Authentication: Firebase Auth with anonymous accounts
  • Access Control: Firestore rules restrict data access to authenticated users
  • Non-custodial: We never hold your private keys or control your tokens

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data (with blockchain limitation)

Blockchain Data Exception

Under GDPR, you have the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"). However, we cannot delete data that exists on the Solana blockchain. Once a token is created, the transaction record is permanent and public. We can only delete data from our Firebase databases, not from the blockchain. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

6. Data Retention

  • Chat conversations: Retained for 1 year from last activity
  • Token configs: Retained indefinitely (needed for token management)
  • Analytics data: Retained for 26 months per Firebase Analytics default
  • Waitlist emails: Retained until feature launches or you unsubscribe

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure adequate protection through:

  • Google Cloud: Firebase data centers with EU-US and EU Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Gemini AI: Google's privacy policy and GDPR compliance mechanisms
