3.1 Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys. SatoshiBro does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost funds.

3.2 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws, tax regulations, and anti-money laundering requirements.

3.3 Token Creation: You represent and warrant that any tokens you create through the Platform:

• Do not infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Are not intended for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Comply with applicable securities and financial regulations
• Do not violate any third-party rights

3.4 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4.1 Token Launch Fee: A fee of 0.1 SOL is required for each token launch. This fee is non-refundable once the token has been successfully deployed to the blockchain.

4.2 Blockchain Fees: You are responsible for all blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) associated with token deployment and management.

4.3 Payment Processing: All payments are processed on the Solana blockchain. Transactions are final and cannot be reversed.

5.1 No Refunds: Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, all token launch fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been confirmed on the Solana blockchain.

5.2 Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails due to Platform error (not including blockchain network issues or insufficient gas fees), we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a credit for a future token launch.

6.1 Platform Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including all software, code, designs, and content, are owned by SatoshiBro or its licensors.

6.2 User Content: You retain ownership of any token metadata, logos, or other content you create. By using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

6.3 AI-Generated Content: AI-generated logos and content are provided as-is. You are responsible for ensuring they do not infringe on any trademarks or copyrights.

7.1 No Investment Advice: SatoshiBro does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All information provided is for informational purposes only.

7.2 No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.3 Blockchain Risks: You acknowledge that blockchain technology is experimental and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Network congestion and transaction delays
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Loss of funds due to user error
• Regulatory changes
• Market volatility

7.4 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SatoshiBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8.1 Uptime: We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8.2 Right to Modify or Discontinue: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

10.1 Our Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Tokens already deployed to the blockchain will remain on-chain and cannot be removed by SatoshiBro.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SatoshiBro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
